Reflection of David in his life and making a statement of great reverence. , When can a person make such a statement. We see that I love you is a very common statement among the youths, specially among the college students, when a boy starts to like a girl, a person can make this statement.In most of these cases the relationship is not lasting, its more of temporary. it lasts for few days, months or may be handful of years.
When can a person say I love you to person and it could be called a genuine statement.
It is more of a response of David to love that he has received from God
Here David is making the statement on the basis of past experience.Here he is able to trust God beyond a normal level. He has seen the great work, the great deliverance from God in the past. In times when his parents forgot him, He saw the love of God , when Saul was seeking to kill him, He saw the love of God, when Enemies came up against to kill him, He saw the love of God, When His own son came to kill him, He saw the love of God. After seeing the great love of God in His life, he is now able to say. You loved me even though, I was not worthy of it.
When we look in to our lives, we are not able to say I love you is not because we have not received any favours from god which can make you say I love you, but its because we have failed to see the love of God in our lives.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him shall not die but have eternal life.
For God so loved me a sinner, who has nothing to boast of.but God gave His Son Jesus to die for me and gave me the chance and authority to called the son of God.
We are blinded by the prince of the world and cares of the world that we fail to see the love god in our lives.
When We look back in our lives and see the difficult times our lives and saw the work of God in Our lives How can be become ungrateful to the what God has done in our lives. Can we remember the showers of blessings from God and still be one who fail to see the love of God in our lives.
Jesus says in
John 14 i will never leave you as orphans.
I will never leave you or forsake you.
Trust in the lord and trust also in me.
Trust your God with all you heart and all you mind and all your soul and all your strength.
Hence let us also say from the bottom of heart that I love you Father, son and Holy spirit because you loved me first and tasted in my life that you are my strength.
Understanding the Love of God.
Any Christian born in the christian family should try and abide by these
7 fundamental christian philosophies. Act 2: 38 - 43.
"Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends" (John 15:13 NIV).
All people goes though exams - exams are of fixed duration -1- 2 hrs of test - During the end of test the candidate will come to know the result of the test.
Our life is a test - during which we make some very simple choices in Life - You either choose God or not.
God is a impartial God - He does not
Our Christian life is not loving God because Pastor said so, some preacher said so, your parents said so of your community you were raised in said so.
Recognising the love of God.
Agape Love
God Loves Unconditionally -
He loves us not becuause of who we are , but because of who he is. Not beacause of talents, not beacuse of you beauty, not because of what you have done.
God loves us because "God is love" (1 John 4:8),
Did not John - say Himself as the - 'disciple whom Jesus Loved'
for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? (Mt. 5:43-46).
nothing can separate us from the love of God (Rom. 8:35-39).
Blessedness of trusting in God
Ps 84:12 - Blessed is the man who trusts in you.
Ps 34:8 Taste and see that Lord is good.
Ps 118:1 Give thanks to the Lord, for his Love endures for ever.
His Sacrifice for us.
"This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins" (1 John 4:9-10).
We are His people
Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord listened and heard them; so a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the Lord and who meditate on His name. “They shall be Mine,” says the Lord of hosts,“on the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.” Then you shall again discern between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve Him (Mal. 3:16-18).
1 Pet 2 : 9 We are chosen people holy nation, royal priesthood, people belonging to God - we have been brought of the darkness to this wonderful Light.
Lukee 12:32 "Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
Knowing Gods Love for us.
Paul prayed that the Ephesians would get a greater revelation of God's love for them.
"For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God" (Eph. 3:14-19).
v5-7: Pray to the Lord because he answersv8-9: Trust in the Lord because he is trustworthy
until we reach the very end of the tether that we finally, reluctantly take refuge in the Lord: coming to him and casting ourselves on his mercy alone
v10-12: Rely on the Lord because his name is powerful
God equips us with his powerful name: he empowers us with his supernatural power to triumph over our problems.
Believers prayer in th Acts 4 ending
v13-16: Remember the strength of the Lord because he helps us
v17-18: Proclaim the deeds of the Lord because that is his plan for us
Q How can a person love Jesus? - > Obedience to His Word
1) 1 John 5:3 By Obeying His commands
2) John 14:15 Anyone one loves me has my commands in his heart.
3) John 14:21 Anyone one loves me will keep my commands and will be loved by my Father.
4) John 14:23 Anyone one loves me will keep my teachings. Father will also love him and we will come a show us to him / dwell with him.

Complete Remission and made Perfect in the sight of Jesus
Jesus’ blood has been shed for the remission of all your sins.
You are now the righteousness of God in Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:21)
By His one perfect sacrifice, He has perfected you forever. (Hebrews 10:14, KJV) There is no spot in you!
Compared to old testament we no more are bound by the rules of the covenant to receive blessing from God Eph 1:3
It is more about believing what we have in sight of God and receive. All the healing and spiritual blessings given to a child of God is made accessible by believing in Jesus.
Compare the same with receiving salvation from God. You yourself played no role nor it is due to holiness in you, but knowing what Jesus has already done for you.
